After hiring her, she put together an aggressive marketing campaign which included comprehensive online advertising as well as the more traditional methods of working phones, mailing fliers, and knocking doors. As offers came in, she negotiated as if it was her own home that she was selling and fought to get us top dollar. We were under contract much faster and sold for a higher price per sq. ft. than comparable homes in our neighborhood. Had we made the mistake of going with Opendoor, we would have walked away with almost $50,000 less than we did by hiring Neysa and would not have sold the home any faster.
