My agent in Manassas Va recommended Newton to us when we wanted to purchase property near VCU in Richmond. This turned out to be the best recommendation we have ever received. We have purchased and sold several properties over the years and Newton is the best agent we have worked with. He provided several options for our review and setup visits with each that we selected. He provided expert advice as we walked these properties. When we were not 100% convinced on these he went back to the drawing board and provided another list. We found a perfect property on this list. He was pickier on the inspection than I was and successfully negotiated a great deal and the repairs after the inspection. We would highly recommend Newton to everyone in the Richmond area.
