Had an excellent experience as a co-seller working with Daryl. He was professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and kept us in the loop frequently. He had a contractor who helped fix up the home prior to sale at a fair price. The work was accomplished quickly and completed nicely. Had a good experience working with Daryl to get the home sold in a "slow" market. Would consider using Daryl again if I had another home to sell.

Daryl Temple is one of the best in the business. He helped our dream home at 3017 Ormonde Tracy 5 years ago. Then he helped my sister get their home in Tracy Fox meadow CT as well. He gives us intelligent options when buying a home which you don't see with other agents. Most agent wants to rush you on decision making and you don't feel that you are making the right one. Thanks Daryl and your team for making our dream home come true.

Outstanding Realtor and an Absolute Joy to Work With! Working with Daryl Temple was truly one of the best decisions our family has ever made. Navigating the real estate market can feel overwhelming, but Daryl turned what could have been a stressful process into an absolute breeze. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for us. He handled the sale of our father-in-law’s home with incredible expertise, strategy, and care—ultimately securing way over market value! Throughout it all, he treated our family with such patience and kindness, quite literally holding our hands and guiding us through every single step of the process. Once the sale was complete, Daryl didn't skip a beat. He helped us turn around and find our absolute dream home. His deep market knowledge, fierce advocacy, and unwavering support made us feel like we were his only clients. If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, deeply compassionate, and an absolute powerhouse at getting results, look no further than Daryl Temple. We are forever grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

I have bought and sold many homes. Darryl has to be on of the best realtors I have used. Not pushy, very genuine. I would highly recommend Darryl to anyone. He helped me sell my house in Dublin,CA this year. I can't thank him enough for what a wonderful job he did.

Daryl did a great job representing us during our home sale! He took us into the current mode of home sales using a drone to spotlight our home’s proximity to the bay and had lovely still pictures taken which resulted in so many tours of our home. Those many tours turned into 7 offers! He has expertise in helping to manage the multiple offers and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result!!

Daryl helped me sell my mother's home in Walnut Creek. He prepared a complete Market Analysis which was very helpful since I wasn't familiar with the area. Daryl also helped me find reasonable workman for carpets & painting; he then helped me find a very good handy man. The house was on the market for about 5 weeks, we had several bid & then it was sold.
