I would recommend Neville 100 times. He worked with me to sell my townhome and purchase my new home. This was one of the most draining and exhausting processes, given the market and builder. Neville supported me and kept me sane the entire time. Regardless of my concern, he stayed engaged and really represented my best interest. Selecting a realtor is not an easy job because some may play interested until you sign, then you never hear from them. Neville treated me like I was his top priority every step of the way. He is very smart, very personable and listens. He became part of our family and I will always recommend anyone to him.

Neville was great to work with. I was buying in Florida from out of town and he showed me all the houses virtually. He drove over there and video called me from the location and walked it just like I was there. He even coordinated with my family in the area so they could check them out to and I could feel very confident in my decision. I ended up buying an investment property that is making me money in month 2!! When negotiating, and in this crazy market, he was able to get me over 10k back from the seller and all of the beds in the house (as an investment property, that is a huge savings). I put it right back into the house and was able to update some items immediately. If anyone is looking to buy in the area, I definitely recommend working w/ Neville!!

First let me start off with saying my experience with purchasing my home went great and very smooth and I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with than Neville Clarke Jr., my realtor agent from Impact Realty Tampa Bay. He did a tremendous job in working with me on this journey, which looked so difficult because I was relocating to a new city hundred of miles away and limited time in which to purchase a house by, with Neville’s hard work and dedication he made me feel as if I was the only client he was working with. He heard what you wanted and he made it happen. Neville is very pleasant, professional and extremely informative. He made sure I understood the process and was clear in every step of the way. We closed within the estimated time frame which was 30 days, I can now say I am loving and enjoying my beautiful home.

Neville is smart, responsive, and quick to adapt to any situation. It was wonderful working with him for our home sale as we transitioned to a new state.
