Nettie Toeller

I worked with Nettie for the first time in 2018 as I was looking for a new home in the Madison area. Nettie was very accommodating to my schedule as I could only see homes after work and weekends. She really listened to my needs, likes and dislikes with properties, neighborhoods, and location. She scoured the available properties and showed me various houses I wasn’t able to find on my own. She did an excellent job providing her expert advice on making an offer in a very “hot market.” I feel that she represented me well as I was able to purchase a beautiful home at a great price. She gave me an awesome welcome basket that included a fun Snoopy coffee mug—she was definitely listening as I only mentioned Snoopy once! I highly recommend Nettie—she definitely works for the client, and is a fun and positive person.
