Our family was dabbling with the idea of a second home for the past couple of years. After a family vacation, we decided to pull into the ReMax location in Murphy's to see what it would take to get the process started. We met with Neriah, on the spot, as a walk-in. That very same evening, we has a list of homes in our inbox. Then we set up appointments to begin to look at homes a week later which led us to embark on a journey across Calaveras and Tuolumne County to find our perfect cabin home at the right price in a condition we could afford. Neriah was available to us both morning and late in the evening to answer questions, negotiate with the seller, and guide the process. Her constant speedy communication made all the difference and demonstrated her commitment to us. She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and easily pivoted with our changing needs. Finally, Neriah was always looking out for our best interest as buyer while considering the neighborhood for our children and resale. At the end of the day, she would assure us, "I am here for you.
