Neriah was incredibly patient during the negotiating process, she really helped inform us of everything that was going on, I never felt like a bother when asking questions, and while it was our second home purchase, it’s still felt like a totally new process. She was such a great help and even went into homes for us since we were out of state and sent videos and honest opinions about the homes. She is the best!
