Neriah was absolutely amazing. My wife and I had long dreamt of buying a cabin in Arnold. For years we looked at listings, saved results, noted the features we wanted, and neighborhoods that felt like home. About a year ago, we started looking for a realtor. I called so may people, trying to find someone who was attentive to my needs (I live in the Bay Area), knowledge both about the area and industry, plus operated with modern practices. Too many times I was left feeling like the local realtors pretended like there was excess inventory - a situation which was common up until late. I needed someone with quick communication skills and hustle. Just when we were about to give up and hire someone down the hill, we found Neriah. Almost instantly we knew she was the realtor for us. She was appreciative of our detailed process, then excited to network and find exactly what we wanted. She hit the streets, talking to every realtor in her network, and searching for the perfect property for us. And knowing what we wanted wasn't easy for her either - 95% of the time our conversations ended with 'no, this isn't the right house for us.' But it never deterred her. She kept at it until she found us the PERFECT HOUSE! Then she helped in every way possible to make the house buying and closing happen. From facetiming us after the work day, to taking photos for us for insurance to connecting us with local support, she went the extra effort. She even helped entertain our daughter during one showing so we could get an extra close look a details. Her loving, caring style is second to none.
