Very nice experience! I was looking to purchase a home with another agent, but I'm Glad I called Nereyda Martinez asking information about Spruce Street, this property I found in Zillow and it was listed with other agency. She made the appointment right away and showed me the house the same day, next day we met at her office and she prepared the purchased contract, one day after offer was accepted.
