Neocia was wonderful! From the first encounter she was knowledgable, punctual, and professional. She helped us juggle the sale of our 1st home and the building of our new one. She is a very involved agent who listens to preferences and concerns. The photographer she provided was phenomenal. The open houses were outstanding and always yielded results. Although she had other clients, she made us feel like we were a priority during our meetings. We would definitely use her for future real estate needs.

Neocia was fantastic to guide us through the purchase of me and my husband's first home. She listened to exactly what we wanted and paid particular attention to our dealbreakers. It was refreshing to attend home viewings and not feel pushed into considering homes that would not be a good fit.
