This is our 3rd home with Nelson and as usual he and his team are great to work with. Nelson laid out each step of the process and was spot on with his advice and guidance. We had a challenging home with a limited market but he was able to position us in a changing market that resulted in a timely sale. He will not over promise but will not ignore your wishes.
