I recently purchased a home with Nelson. I got Nelson's contact from a friend of a friend, and was so glad I reached out. I had previously spoken to 2 real estate agents, but didn't feel connected to them. So when my friend gave me yet another agent to contact, I wasn't too thrilled to make the call. BUT, I am so glad I did. I enjoyed my initial conversation with Nelson and felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me and working with my requirements. Within a week of our first conversation, I found the home I wanted and Nelson got our offer accepted. As I was out-of-state, Nelson helped me with everything and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Even after closing, Nelson is standing by to help until I get moved in. This is my first purchase and I'm glad Nelson was the one to help me in this process. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Vegas!
