Nelson immediately put is communication with someone so that we could get pre-approved. In the meantime he sent us pictures of homes we could go and view that very Saturday, we looked at about 6 homes that Saturday, but he left the best for last. We found our home that very day, he immediately put in an offer and by Monday our offer had been accepted. From then all he took care of pretty much everything (inspection, appraisal, etc). I think he went above and beyond. He made us feel like we were his top priority. If I ever need to sell or buy another home, he will be my agent again.
