Purchase new home

I’ve known Nelson Fernandez for over 20 years. He sold me my first home when I was 23 years old. Since it was my first home I had a lot of questions. Nelson assisted me through the whole process. Throughout the years I have reached out to him for advice on several purchases. Recently I needed to refinance my home and I contacted him to find out if he knew someone and to my surprise his wife was a licensed mortgage broker. The refinance process went seamlessly.
