Nelson Cruz is a phenomenal Buyer's Agent! We were initially looking at new construction; however, Nelson spoke with us deeper about resales and what would work best for our family. Eventually, we found a home that was a great fit for us. It was built in 2021 and less than the base price new builders are asking. When it came to the current interest rates, Nelson was able to get the max concessions from the seller to really reduce our closing costs and lower our interest rates to a payment we were comfortable with.
