We were First Time homebuyers with busy schedules and Finding the right home for us was critical. We had difficult needs to satisfy for sure, Nellie was patient and encouraging throughout the process. Personally it was a difficult process that Nellie made so much easier and imbued us with confidence that all would go well and it did. Every step of the way Nellie was engaged and supportive.... she spent a great deal of time going over every detail we asked to explore.
