We can’t say enough positive comments about Nellie and her creativity, expertise, communication, marketing and closing skills. We were impressed from our first meeting when discussing sales strategy. Living on a beautiful, tranquil island only accessible via ferry limits the market. We truly believed we were going to have the house in the market for months. Boy were we wrong.
