Buying a home is the single most expensive purchase one will ever make and having a good agent in so very important. I cannot begin to express how fortunate we were to have Nelida as our agent. Working with Nelida was an absolute pleasure. Our situation was not an easy one and Nelida went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Nelida was never too busy. When there was a question that needed to be answered she checked into it and always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time, often within minutes. One of the traits I most admired about Nelida was just how much she cared. The amount of time she put into helping to make sure we were happy in every way was most admirable. And no matter how many times I might ask for an explanation about something I did not fully understand Nelida was kind enough to make sure in the end I was comfortable with her explanation In regard to the home we purchased there were several couples interested and she made sure we got in to see the home immediately. Had Nelida not been on top of things and done that we would never have had a chance to buy the house we’re in and beyond happy with. Nelida was always there for me. I would often call her late into the evening with the intent to leave a message and she would literally pick up the call to talk. We worked with Nelida over a several month period as we had another home we purchased that fell through. And through it all I always knew Nelida had our best interest at heart. As I mentioned before she just wanted us to be happy. Her compassion helping me through what was a tough situation was most admirable. I can’t imagine another realtor caring as much as she did. And in the end I could not be happier with the home we now own. Even after the purchase was completed Nelida was still checking in with us making sure everything was perfect.
