About Neil

I am a dedicated real estate professional ready and willing to work with and for you. I have a well rounded knowledge of real estate. In addition to being a licensed agent since 2015, I have also worked as a property manager, and own Rampart Property Management. I understand the home buying and selling process as well as investments for both multi-unit and single family homes, along with other income and commercial properties. My expertise and experience in this area has helped numerous people and investment companies achieve their real estate goals. Like many local residents, I relocated to Idaho. I have called Idaho home since 2000 and am so glad I made the move. Prior to real estate I had a 30 year career in law enforcement in California and Oregon. My degrees from Cal State University in Criminal Law, and a masters degree Business Management and Conflict Management/Negotiations have served me well in my law enforcement career as well as in my second career in real estate. I believe being honest and up front with clear communication is essential to a smooth real estate transactions. Building trust with my clients, conducting each transaction with integrity and a personal touch has created solid and lasting relationships with my clients long after the transaction is closed. In my free time I enjoy all that Idaho outdoors has to offer. Hiking, fishing and boating are great ways to spend downtime. I look forward to working with you and am here to answer any questions and be your go to resource for all things real estate.
