Neil Richardson

We have worked with Neil Richardson as our buyer agent as well as seller agent: no matter which stage of home ownership we were in, Neil had our backs with gracious temperament and a world of knowledge, making human the process of buying and selling a home, which can be daunting: never leaving our side, we persevered together looking at over one hundred properties until we found our forever place, and he was always available to advise and take the time to show us potential purchases. Neil also stuck with us through every detail and disappointment of a sale that fell through, supporting our decisions all the way until we found the perfect buyers, who even offered more than the asking price, but importantly they loved our home. We are grateful to Neil for helping us stay positive through the selling process; as well after six years of working with Neil we are embarking on finding another house, not walking the high wire of buying a home alone, but relying on his experience and incredible professionalism to guide us once again.
