Throughout the years working with Neil in search of a home wasn’t easy at all. However, Neil always made sure to accommodate my busy schedule for showings followed by submitting offers in a timely fashion. Even though the process was challenging at times due to the market & other obstacles, Neil never swayed. He’s the sole reason I was able to land an awesome lender and obtain a low interest rate on my mortgage loan. Overall, he was great to work with and fought to the end!!

I will only use Neil when buying/selling property. I tried selling my house in Royal Palm/Acreage with 2 different realtors before Neil. I bought and sold houses in Broward before going to Royal Palm and thought I could use the same realtor in West Palm. Definitely not a good idea! Neil knows the area, he is available when you need him, he understood the limitations of selling a house that was being used as a short term rental. Neil was the only realtor that understood the assignment! He sold my house when the market was hot in 2021, and still took care of me as I was his only client. His professionalism goes beyond compared to any realtor I have ever worked with in any part of Florida. Neil is the best overall realtor I’ve ever met! And I’m including close friends that are realtors in this comparison. Buying/selling property is a business transaction, don’t make the decision of hiring a realtor based on friendship.
