Neil guided us through all the ends and outs of selling our house and buying a new one. We needed lots of guidance. Overall, I'm pleased with his service. The exception would be some additional costs, which he was clear about, and the escrow company which he chose for the sale. The escrow company made mistakes claiming they misunderstood when we spoke to them face-to-face with our questions and comments.
