The agent Sarah Hopkins did a very good job representing my property and closing the sale. Kept me informed on the progress of the showings and sale process. Followed all the state prescribed real estate procedures and paperwork. Did not take any shortcuts during negotiations between buyer and seller. Required all negotiations to be in writing. In my opinion. "In Writing" slows down the negotiation process and allows for time for buyer and seller to consider all aspects of the offer. Helps to highlight the seriousness of the offer / counter offer and helps to eliminate a quick rejection. A verbal offer / counter offer is weak and implies that there is room for negotiation. Unlike an offer in writing. I recommend this agency to anyone selling or buying a home.
