This was my first experience in purchasing a home and Neil Guyadeen was the type of realator I needed to help me with the process. Neil is a respectful, straight forward, knowledgeable individual. He works with you to try to meet all your wants and needs, but will also clearly explain to you why some properties may fall short of expectations (ie. Location, budget, future costs, etc.). The home purchasing process is very extensive and can be quite overwhelming for a first time or non-first time buyer. However, from the very beginning after Neil shakes your hand, he explains and walks you the process and makes it a pleasantly smooth one.
