Neil was a lifesaver when selling our home! We had moved away from North Carolina when our home was still on the market, making it very difficult to make all the arrangements and appointments needed. Neil took over and went out to the house to check on things and even replaced a lock when one broke. His kindness and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. We will be sending any family or friends moving to or away from the Fayetteville area to Neil because we know he will take care of them just like he did us.

When the seller asked to speed up the closing by 2 weeks, Neil not only handled the negotiations for repairs but also worked with the buyer's agent to let me stay in the home until the closing date of the home I was buying.
