Neil M. Eustice, Jr. has over forty years of business experience tied to the sales and marketing of financial products and services. This includes an extensive background in residential brokerage; real estate finance and investment; commercial real estate leasing and property management; private asset management; and the mutual fund industry.
At a young age, Mr. Eustice was recruited to New England as an ice hockey goaltender where he graduated as valedictorian from The Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA. Educationally, he received his college degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME with a major in psychology and a minor in economics.
For nearly three decades, Neil and his family lived in Brighton. More recently, Neil moved a short distance to Watertown Square.
Over the years, Neil has engaged in a plethora of civic and community activities. He often has found himself in leadership roles within these organizations. For fifteen years Neil was a girl's softball coach and the President of Allston-Brighton Little League (2004-2011). For well over a decade, he taught 'Learn to Skate', was a coach and board member with Allston-Brighton Youth Hockey. Neil was the goalie and defensive coach for the Women's Varsity Ice Hockey Team at MIT (2008-2009). Neil for many years was an Executive Committee Member and the Treasurer of the Presentation School Foundation. Neil also served for several years as a board member for the YMCA in Oak Square, Brighton.
Fundamentally, Neil lives his life by giving back to others in many ways. As an experiences real estate broker, Neil loves what he does in helping individuals, couples, families, and investors to sell and/or buy a home.
