Alright, let me set this straight. Neil Carlson is a winner. He took me out to look at properties and within a day (thought it might be a little longer) he found THE PROPERTY. And it was stunning!!! We had a well, septic and electric!! It was LOVE! We made the offer...and it was accepted. GOOD DEAL!!!!
