Neil was my agent for both buying and selling a house. Neil cares about nothing more than finding the right home or buyer and making sure your comfortable and informed all along the way. Neil was always available and was on top of everything. He has only your best Interest at hand and it shows all along the way. Buying was easy and seamless but selling was even easier with Neil. His care and correspondence during this process made it a positive one. I have never purchased a home and was unsure of the process however Neil never hesitated to educate and assist along the way. From listing to closing was the smoothest 18 days of my selling experience. Neil shared his sales experience with what should and shouldn't have to be addressed (with respect) to readying the house for sale. He advised me that he would order an appraisal to set realistic (sales) expectations. He would bring in a professional photographer for the listing photographs. Literally on day one of MLS listing, we had an offer and within 3 days a total 4 offers to choose from! All prior to our scheduled open house. Neil still went through with the open house, because that's what committed agents do. He is a kind, considerate, a straight shooter who is very easy to get along with. Only one unexpected issue arose*. This is the kind of agent one wants when they want a tier a one experience. *I was out of town prior to the photographer appearing and still had storm shutters installed on all the windows. Neil came and removed them himself...in order to get the photos he promised he post! That's attention to detail and an example of his commitment.

It took us way too long to find the house and land that we wanted. Neil was there for the entire process. Never giving up, always following through in every detail. From finding the perfect home (it took 3 years) to working the kinks of closing the deal with the mortgage and closing agent, Neil was there to help and give his honest opinion and experience in the matter. I usually never tell friends family and acquaintances who they should use as sometimes it can bite back in the long term, but I would not, and will not have any qualms in suggesting Neil to anyone!
