Review Neelam Shrestha

I highly recommend Neelam Shresta to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. This is actually the second home I have purchased with Neelam, and my experience has been excellent both times. With 22 years of real estate experience, Neelam brings a level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism that is difficult to find. In my experience, she is far better than many newer realtors because she understands the entire home-buying process—not just finding a house. She knows how to handle the details, anticipate potential issues, communicate with everyone involved, and make the process much less stressful. What makes Neelam truly stand out is that she goes far beyond my expectations. She has helped me throughout the entire home-buying process, from the beginning all the way through closing. Even after closing, she continues to help with things that go beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor, including helping with moving-related matters and other things that come up when settling into a new home. Her 22 years of experience are also valuable for the long term. Buying a home doesn’t end on closing day. Homeowners can have questions, unexpected issues, or need advice months or even years later. Having an experienced realtor who has been in the industry for more than two decades gives you someone knowledgeable and trustworthy you can continue to rely on. Neelam’s experience and connections are valuable not just during the purchase, but throughout your homeownership journey. That level of dedication is rare. She genuinely cares about her clients and treats them like more than just another transaction. After working with Neelam twice, I can honestly say that she is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Her 22 years of experience, knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. If you are looking for a realtor, I strongly recommend Neelam Shresta. She is simply the best!
