We had an amazing experience working with Neelam Shrestha while purchasing our second home. She truly exceeded all our expectations throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about us as clients rather than just focusing on selling a house. Our happiness and comfort always came first for her, and that made a huge difference during such an important decision. Neelam was incredibly helpful during negotiations and always made sure we understood every step. One of the biggest challenges during our closing process with lennar was we needed to change the closing date because we were not available, but Lennar was very reluctant and persistent about not changing it. They even mentioned fines and penalties if the date was moved. Neelam stood by us the entire time, kept pushing for a resolution, and handled the situation professionally and persistently until it was resolved. Without her support, the process would have been much more stressful. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for us. We truly felt that she was looking out for our best interests at every stage. We are extremely grateful for all her hard work and highly recommend Neelam Shrestha to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and delivers beyond expectations.
