I had the pleasure of working with Neelam Shrestha during my first home purchase. She provided outstanding service and I really appreciate her expertise. She really understood what I was looking for and guided me toward properties with my preferences. She always gave prompt and consistent responses, answered my questions, and concerns, provided all necessary updates, and negotiated really well on my behalf. She made the whole thing feel a little smoother, even between tons of paperwork. Me and my wife both thank her for going the extra mile and highly recommend her!

Really nice and helpful

Neelam knew what we were looking for as first-time home buyers and she did an excellent job in finding our dream house. We truly appreciate her consistent hard work throughout the process. Thank you very much for everything.

Neelam Shrestha is smart, knowledgeable, and a total industry pro. She guided me and my wife through our home-building process from beginning to end. Neelam made herself available to us for every text, call, meeting, walk-thru, signing, etc. This was our first time building & buying, so we had many questions. Neelam went above and beyond to advocate for us every step of the way. I can’t imagine working with any other realtor. She made our dreams of building a new home come true! We are so thankful for her and I always recommend her as a realtor to my fried and relatives to buy and sell houses.

After a 30 year Air Force career my wife and I were ready to retire and for the first time buy our own home. We had heard plenty of horror stories about how this can go wrong but Neelam made the entire process so easy. We were house hunting in Colorado but still living in Montana, but Neelam did allow that to be an obstacle and help facilitate virtual walkthroughs of homes we were interested in. Ultimately, we just felt Neelam was always more interested in helping us find the right house than making a sale. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s truly on your side, look no further.
