“Neelam was an AWESOME agent! She always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly. She had a really good understanding of the local market and we’d use her again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!”. Really appreciate with your kind help and support to buy a new home for us. I had an excellent experience working with you as a first time buyer. Neelam took her time to connect with my family and help us in every way possible. She took time to call us and make sure that whatever we were signing made sense to us and explained in simple terms. She was there to support us till the closing day and still does even after. Our first time house buying was made easier due to her. She is super helpful and is available whenever you need her. She is very hardworking and dedicated to making sure her clients get the best of the best. She really takes her time and effort to do the best for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and helpful realtor. Thank you Didi for everything you did! We appreciate it a lot!

Neelam is an experienced, social, helpful, honest realtor. It’s better to work with her.

Neelam Shrestha was helpful agent. She was always on time during home tours. It took time but at the end she helped us find the home that we’re looking for. Since we didn’t had any knowledge about home buying and stuff like that it was hard to understand things but she was very clear on explaining things which made us easy to understand about home buying, loans, interest etc.

Home buying process is not straight forward . It gets intimidating and sometimes put us in such a situation where neither we can move back nor convince enough to move forward and make it happen but .. Hang on a second .. I had a full confidence knowing that I have someone like Neelam Shrestha is in Denver Colorado as a real estate agent on my side. I cannot speak highly enough of Neelam's professionalism and guidance throughout our home buying process. Her knowledge of the local market, how to make our offer stand out and be competitive, and as well as her dedication to finding us the perfect home, went above and beyond what we expected from an agent. She made a daunting process in a crazy market go as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Neelam Shrestha to anyone near and dear and anyone who is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and savvy agent. She is full of positivity and have a good passion to know about the buyers and have a charismatic professionalism who has a magic wand to truly become a friend with her. We will be recommending Neelam out and beyond to everyone who is looking to make Colorado (Mile High City) truly their home. Thank you Neelam for everything you did!!
