We first met Ned at an open house. We told him what we were looking for and sent us a few recommendations that were spot on. Ned introduced each property with txt message on the listing, an information sheet and knew the property well. Always, very professional. What we particularly liked best was, there was never a sales pitch and never pressured us to place an offer. Ned introduced us to 5 properties (Townhouse/Condo), all met our criteria and we had an accepted offer on the last property…..and we CLOSED today!!!
