Neal went the extra mile to negotiate an extremely competitive price on the purchase of our Rancho Mirage property. He is knowledgeable, attentive, detail orientated and extremely hard working with his real estate endeavors. In addition he was extremely helpful with scheduling and providing access for all the various inspectors and vendors required to satisfy our requirements as we were living in Northern California prior to the close of escrow.
