I have bought and sold 4 houses and Neal has been the best agent I have ever had. He came into our house for the initial visit and within 24 hours he had a list of things we could do to get the house ready to sell and a list of people to call who could come do repairs. He was very responsive and we usually received responses to texts and emails within an hour. He priced our home to perfection and we received a full price offer second day. I highly recommend Neal. His experience helped every step of the way and we were very pleased with how everything turned out with our sale.
