This might be on the lengthy side, but I truly hope you can understand how amazing Shari is. My husband and I were new to Wise County and the previous realtors we had worked with advised us to find someone local. We had a horrible experience on a new construction home and were then on the hunt for a different home and a different realtor. We happened upon Shari because she had the most genuine reviews in the area we were looking at. I’m so glad to say she exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to find our dream home and close in a record amount of time. She set us up with the most amazing lender, helped us set up our inspections, survey, appraisal, etc, AND she gave a rebate of almost $3k. We were so lucky to find Shari and so so so thankful for her hard work through our home buying process. This is the first time we used a realtor who found us the home we ended up buying. We gave her a list of what we needed and the time frame in which we wanted to accomplish it, and she made miracles happen. Shari is one of the best, always willing to go above and beyond to help clients out and even willing to offer discounts to take care of the customer. She has a high success rate of getting things sold at top dollar prices. She does all my transactions and will never think about using anyone else moving forward. Shari is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what is realistic. She will definitely save you money buying and selling with her. She is not in it all for the money, she will do anything she can to help get you in the right house. She also is a fabulous landlord.
