She helped us with comps and worked with us to try a sale our one acre with an older mobile home very quickly. When the first buyer backed out a week before closing, Shari may have been more concerned about how this affected us than we were. We had a new offer within a week and worked with the buyer's agent to make sure they understood what we were willing to do to complete the sale of the property.
