I have nothing negative to say about my experience. It was a not so great situation I was placed in (selling my brother's home after he passed away) but Jessica and her team couldn't have made the process any easier for me. From our initial meeting to the listing online to the open house to the multiple offers to explaining the differences in offers to the close all my questions were answered quickly. Since I live out of state I was unable to be "hands on" but I was quite at ease with the entire process and feel like I missed nothing not being there in person every step.
