As first-time home buyers, the process can be scary and overwhelming. Jess made it so that this process was FAR from those two things! She set up tours last minute while we were in town before we lived in St. Louis and was patient as we navigated moving to St. Louis from Montana. She was persistent in finding us the perfect fit and her communication could not have been better. She was quick to answer all of our questions and did so with ease. If your household is two busy adults who both work full time (like ours), Jess will take so much stress out of the whole process by virtue of her efficiency and expertise.
