After living 25 years in Texas, my wife and I decided to move to DC area to be closer to our son. We worked with Nazan Kirdar from Long and Foster for purchasing our new house. Nazan gave us access to an app called Homesnap that notifies us whenever a property is available in our desired areas. Since we were out of town buyers, Nazan showed us the properties via video so we did not have to travel to DC every time we found a property that we were interested. When we were in DC, she also showed us the neighborhoods based in our interests, and provided some valuable information. We were looking for a property close to the metro.
