Nayda worked with me from several months to a year. I wasn't quite familiar with the area so she provided information about the Broward County area regarding different neighborhoods/locations. She also provided contact information for a good company to help with repairing my credit, processing my VA Home Loan, Home Inspections and other typical issues that arise while searching for property. I used a VA loan so it was more time consuming on both our parts because unfortunately, many of the properties were not VA Home eligible so I can't thank her enough for all the patience and for her encouraging words to keep me thinking positive and focus on my end goal. Her regular phone calls, emails and text messages were absolutely instructional in the whole process because it ensured great communications as well as making sure that we were ALWAYS on the same page with everything.
