As a young first time home buyer Natividad walked me through the steps and helped me like my own mother would have helped me, she was able to make the everything as streamline and as smooth as possible no mater what pitfalls I fell too and she checked in with me even after the home buying process was complete to make sure me and my family were acclimating to the new house well

Natividad informed us as sellers what the new guidelines were going forward.
