Well, at the time I wanted to go to Del Webb, many others did too. He and I discussed availability, what homes and villas each offered and likely price range. Nathan was also selling my house, so we hoped timelines would work out, regarding sale and purchase. There were houses/villas with signs: Pending. I finally got to see a villa, and immediately decided I would be better satisfied with that, than a house. I didn’t have to wait long. Two days after I had a contract on my house, my contract on a villa was accepted. Nathan continued with me thru the closings and relocation. We still keep up with each other. When you speak, he listens, then clarifies, if needed. He always pays attention to the details. Couldn’t have a better realtor!
