We started working with Nate about eight months before purchasing the house we are in now. His communication and knowledge are unparalleled and certainly helped us significantly in navigating the ever-confusing South Florida real estate market. While renting in the area, he showed us six or seven houses that either didn’t work out or weren’t in our wheelhouse. No matter the reason, he never became concerned with our approach and continued to send us new places we might like. Months went by, and while we were home in Maine we sent Nate a listing that we thought might be a good fit. He immediately dug in (even though he was on vacation in London) and sent a walk-through video plus a full breakdown of the house. We ended up making an offer, and the rest is history. Nate continued his constant guidance and involvement throughout the entire process, acting as our eyes and ears on a sight-unseen purchase. Needless to say, we love the house and couldn’t have done it without him. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not putting Nate in your corner.
