About Nathan

Having grown up in the heart of the Bluegrass, Nathan is a proud Kentuckian and eager to represent his clients in his home state. Now residing in Newport, he obtained his real estate license in 2022 and has a focus on Northern Kentucky properties. Nathan also prides himself on being an educator, having been a teacher in Kentucky and Ohio for nearly a decade. In 2020, he began working in a program helping some of the city’s most vulnerable and at-risk youth. While he decided to pursue endeavors outside of education, the skills he obtained in the classroom translate directly to his role as a REALTOR. Nathan is a great communicator and approaches each client with an open mind and a desire to help them reach their goals. Creativity and humor are also some of Nathan’s top character strengths. You may even catch him performing on local stages and screen! Whether working with students, colleagues, or his clients, Nathan knows the importance of collaboration. From the beginning of the process through closing, Nathan was exceptional. Professional - personable - efficient. I have bought/sold many properties over the last 50+ years, for both personal use and/or rental property. Nathan was the best agent I have worked with. I willingly give him my highest recommendation.

Nathan was absolutely invaluable when it came to us buying our first home!

Nathan is an excellent realtor and he was absolutely invaluable when it came to us buying our first home! He was extremely kind and patient with us no matter how many questions we had or how many houses we saw, not to mention that he was a straight shooter when it came to us asking questions about the quality or price of a property. It was apparent that he was always looking out for us first and he was willing to go in for the long haul to be sure we found something perfect. Especially when it came to offer and negotiation time, he was a constant resource of knowledge and support as we navigated all of the paperwork and financing all the way up until close. He rocks and every person I hear about who is looking for a realty is definitely getting sent his contact info!
