We purchased a home from out of state doing the entire transaction remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Nathan was our eyes and ears and was incredible to work with. Nathan is extremely response and goes far and beyond what is necessary. Nathan did several virtual walk throughs for us and allowed us to be present during the home inspection via FaceTime. Nathan completely blew us away!! We had to buy our house completely sight unseen as we were moving from another state and due to the pandemic we were unable to travel. He quickly earned our total trust and was eager to be our eyes and ears. He did home FaceTime tours, was always available for our questions , negotiated a phenomenal deal for us and has a huge network of referrals. we were able to move seamlessly from across the country without ever having physically been here!
