After a few months of just talking to a Realtor, and finding out their Expectations of me were way higher than I had expected I reached out to Nate for help. He was quick to set up a meeting, Inspect and go through my Mom's house and I signed with him that day. Being Executor of my Mothers Trust, I needed this to proceed as smoothly and as soon as possible. Once I had done what I had to do, Nate took his pictures. The next day he put them online and the very next day he had 2 showings. Well the rest is History now and the prospective Buyers has now moved in and he and his Family are extremely excited to have their first home. I will tell you all that he is top notch when it comes to real estate agents! We had several showings and then some unprofessional agent (Kelly S.) from Keller Williams came along with buyers and completely botched the deal with bad attitude, unethical behavior and inexperience! That agent said she brings in a relative to do home inspections for her so the deals go through! Disgusting! Thank goodness Nathan was there to get her out of the way and we accepted a higher and better offer from other buyers! These other agents out there are only in it for the money, Nate actually works for it!
