I started pursuing my real estate career in 1994 when I turned my first home into a rental. One rental turned into two and then before I knew it I owned thirteen rentals. I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering becoming an agent.
In 2010 I joined Dunnigan Realtors and refocused my passion of hunting for great properties for myself. Now I hunt for the perfect homes for my clients and use my extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make sure that my listing are very well positioned compared to the competition. With years of experience in project management and complex negotiations before ever becoming a Realtor I strive for the best results for my clients while making the process as smooth as possible.
Having done almost no personal advertising (you'll never see my name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) I've built my business through providing superior service and communication. The majority of my business is now past clients and referrals but I usually have time to take on new clients that find me in other ways as well. For the past several years I have been consistently in the top 1% production out of all Sacramento County agents.
I live in East Sac and specialize in the amazing homes here but I am happy to help my clients in whatever neighborhood they would like to live. I love helping my clients buy the perfect home in the perfect location or sell when the time is right.
