Nathan and I had an unconventional closing on the property. We started our search back in November and we looked at about 15-20 properties, went into contract with 4 and they all came back with title issues. After 4 months of trying, we found a great property and closed on it within 2 weeks. Despite the long delay, Nathan was always helpful and committed to helping me find the property that worked for me. He is very dedicated to his work, friendly and available. He's always just a phone call or text message away, even when you think you won't get a reply from him.
