Best Home Buying Experience

I recently moved from out of state to TX. When I started working with Nathan, I knew he was the agent for me. Through his company website, I could view available properties and start to narrow down the ones that I was interested in. Nathan was very responsive, would visit each property asked, and take a thorough video tour of each home since I could not be physically present. I flew in to tour homes in person that were of interest. Despite giving him short notice, he would have all tours scheduled in the limited time I had. Even if I wanted to see a property with different family members, each from different states, he would always have it arranged. He understood every part of the move, especially the aspects most important to me including school districts for my 3 children, distance from my job, routes available to each, traffic, etc. He also took time to understand what I valued in a home, being from a different state/home style and feel, and tailored that to my search. He kept me updated at all times during the process, and even would let me know what to expect next and what the next steps would be, allowing me to communicate with my job, my lender, and others through the process. Any hurdle I would send his way, he managed very quickly and with ease. He by far went above and beyond. I never felt pressured or persuaded to purchase a specific home. I cannot imagine the work he would have to have done behind the scenes to make this move happen as smooth and stress free as it did. Closing was amazing and memorable with all the little touches he added. From start to finish, he was a true representative - knowledgeable, professional, punctual. I have to give a shout out as well to his assistant, who would check in with me regularly, and even notice properties that were similar to the homes I was interested in, but sadly didn't quite fit my needs. Very attentive team. Cannot say enough great things.
